Position Overview:
Tetra Tech is in search of a Marketing Coordinator who embodies creativity, a client-focused mindset, and meticulous attention to detail, all while maintaining a consistently positive outlook to bolster our marketing and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing and editing capabilities, possess strong organizational skills, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is primarily dedicated to crafting and producing proposals for prospective projects within our environmental, coastal, stormwater, and flood risk sectors, catering to federal, state, local, and commercial clientele.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging marketing materials, including Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, presentations, and brochures, along with other marketing-related tasks such as planning and research.
  • Reviewing and interpreting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborating with technical project managers to formulate strategic responses, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with our branding and style guidelines.
  • Coordinating all aspects of proposal development, including the integration of sales themes, compliance with RFQ/P requirements, proposal organization, scheduling, and editing technical content.
  • Developing graphic concepts to enhance proposal messaging, managing proposal compilation, formatting, production, and conducting client debriefings.
  • Planning and executing various marketing support activities, such as award submissions, conference assistance, press release drafting, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Conducting research to support business development efforts, including monitoring industry news, websites, and identifying key contacts within client and professional organizations.

Qualifications:
To excel as a Marketing Coordinator, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an architecture/engineering firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with InDesign, Acrobat, and other Adobe applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills, along with the willingness to provide work samples during the interview process.
