Join Our Team at Hope Clinic Vision Therapy
We are a dynamic optometry and vision therapy practice seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with expertise in managing Labor and Industries services. This role is essential in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) effectively.
- Possess knowledge of Crystal Practice Management and medical billing processes.
- Exhibit a friendly, positive demeanor and a commitment to a drama-free work environment.
- Collaborate as a team player, contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and patient interaction.
- Ability to empathize with patients of varying cognitive and physical abilities, including those with special needs.
Occasional front desk responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, answering phones, performing triages, scheduling appointments, and managing payments.
We offer a Monday to Thursday work schedule, allowing for a three-day weekend to promote work-life balance.
