Marketing Campaign Strategist

**Position Overview**: This role is pivotal in crafting and implementing CRM initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining T-Mobile's customer base. You will ensure the timely, high-quality execution of campaigns and analyze their effectiveness. Additionally, you will identify enhancements in channels and processes to optimize campaign management.
The Marketing Campaign Strategist will develop and oversee the campaign framework, which includes:
- Channel selection
- Testing and learning strategies
- Milestone tracking
- Quality assurance/user acceptance testing
Furthermore, you will facilitate forecasting discussions with business partners, providing insights into resource allocation, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. This role requires collaboration across various teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, often remote, environment.
- Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting T-Mobile customers through various channels (e.g., Direct Mail, Email, SMS, App).
- Develop campaign and communication strategies, including timelines that align with business objectives.
**Execution Planning**:
- Drive campaign execution planning, including channel strategies, testing frameworks, resource allocation, and milestone achievements to ensure timely deployment.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to advance initiatives, provide updates, ensure objectives are met, and adjust plans as necessary.
Ensure the timely preparation of campaign plans while maintaining the consistency and accuracy of key performance indicators, audience reach, timing, and messaging.
Directly oversee critical components of assigned campaigns, including:
- Review and approval processes
- Audience list confirmations
- Quality assurance of creative materials
- Milestone tracking and reporting
- Performance evaluations and insights
Act as the primary contact for campaign management, representing channel capabilities and summarizing requests for new functionalities.
**Performance Monitoring**:
- Develop and implement specific campaign programs, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement to inform future marketing strategies.
- Communicate progress and success metrics to internal stakeholders and management, facilitating discussions to extract lessons learned for future initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (Required)
**Experience**:
- 2-4 years of project management experience, overseeing small to medium-sized projects concurrently.
- 2-4 years of experience in managing direct marketing initiatives.
