As a vital leader within our marketing and customer-centric organization, the Vice President of Marketing Strategy is tasked with formulating and implementing strategies for T-Mobile For Business by synthesizing insights and offerings to meet the unfulfilled needs of our clientele. This role will serve as the primary point of coordination for product, promotions, pricing, and distribution to enhance revenue streams and achieve business objectives. Additionally, this individual will align cross-departmental initiatives to fulfill the goals and priorities of our business segments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for P&L management for TFB HSI/MINT; drives business objectives through financial assessments and strategic initiatives aimed at growth and profitability, including market share across diverse segments.
  • Designs and oversees distribution strategies to ensure effective and efficient product delivery.
  • Continuously evaluates segment and channel performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develops and executes pricing strategies and rate plans to stimulate growth.
  • Creates and implements marketing campaigns and promotions informed by market research and customer insights, collaborating with sales and segment marketing teams.
  • Undertakes additional duties and projects as assigned by management as necessary.

Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing (Required)
  • Master's Degree or MBA in Marketing or Management preferred.

Professional Experience :

  • Over 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and nurture talent.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies/programs that foster growth.
  • Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and prioritize trade-offs effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Leadership: Proven ability to communicate effectively at an executive level, influence across the organization, and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant visibility and accountability.
  • Extensive B2B Experience: Comprehensive experience and skill set to effectively drive business growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and lead teams towards achieving strategic business objectives in the B2B landscape.
  • Accountable for achieving key business targets.
  • Proficient in navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Capable of influencing and driving change.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Strong customer focus.

At least 18 years of age.

Compensation: The pay range for this position reflects the general base pay range for a successful candidate. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
