Position Overview:
The Bilingual Office Assistant is an essential role within our staffing and recruiting organization, focused on providing exceptional support to our clients.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation: $16+/hour

Key Attributes:
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, a collaborative team member, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial.

Essential Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication abilities (both written and verbal) are necessary for effective interaction with visitors, residents, vendors, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
  • Previous experience in property management or leasing office is advantageous
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Office Assistant will undertake various duties, including but not limited to:
  • Managing a multi-line telephone system, accurately taking messages, and directing calls professionally.
  • Welcoming and screening incoming visitors, promptly notifying the relevant personnel.
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Performing data entry into housing software systems.
  • Utilizing standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, and computers.
  • Composing, preparing, and proofreading correspondence and office memos while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Designing and updating office forms using software applications.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, including scanning and filing key documents.
  • Coordinating an organized office calendar and scheduling meetings as required.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies.
