Job Summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Engineering team and Materials Inspection department. This is a full-time position with a daytime work schedule, offering a competitive hourly rate of $19-$21.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation and Data Management: Compile and create customer datebooks, review material test reports, and log accepted materials into our database.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Assist in processing warranty returns and corrective actions, collect data to support continuous improvement projects, and prepare nameplates for National Board registration numbers.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute controlled copies of Quality documents, including Quality Control Manuals and QC Standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or High School diploma with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience with ASME code, reviewing MTRs, and technical documentation in a welding fabrication environment are desirable but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is essential.
Work Environment

This role requires working in an office environment with occasional periods on the factory floor, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). The work environment is fast-paced, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level can be loud at times.
