Job Summary

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for providing administrative assistance to management, including tasks such as ordering, data entry, filing, and other related duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of Microsoft applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative functions, including distributing mail, ordering supplies, and stocking inventory
  • Assist management with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record review
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and answering inquiries
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
