Position Overview:
The Bilingual Office Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative support within a dynamic office environment. This position requires a dedicated individual who is self-driven, a collaborative team member, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation: $16+/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring accurate message-taking and professional call screening for the corporate office.
  • Welcome and assess incoming visitors, promptly notifying the relevant personnel of their arrival.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks into housing management software.
  • Utilize standard office equipment, including telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, and computers.
  • Draft, prepare, and review correspondence, memos, and reports while maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
  • Design and update office forms using various software applications.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring accessibility and regular updates.
  • Coordinate office calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential, with Spanish being a primary language.
  • Experience in property management or leasing offices is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
