8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation: $16+/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring accurate message-taking and professional call screening for the corporate office.
- Welcome and assess incoming visitors, promptly notifying the relevant personnel of their arrival.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks into housing management software.
- Utilize standard office equipment, including telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, and computers.
- Draft, prepare, and review correspondence, memos, and reports while maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
- Design and update office forms using various software applications.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring accessibility and regular updates.
- Coordinate office calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Bilingual proficiency is essential, with Spanish being a primary language.
- Experience in property management or leasing offices is advantageous.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
