We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out practices.
- Lead the development and troubleshooting of manufacturing cells during launches, addressing tooling, robotic, and equipment-related enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns effectively.
- Support data collection initiatives aimed at improving cell and product performance.
- Maintain and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct inspections of machinery to identify defects and potential issues, performing repairs and replacements as necessary.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing machinery as per the preventative maintenance program.
- Drive efficiency and cycle time improvements.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives and assist in their ongoing implementation.
- Modify existing equipment and install new machinery as approved by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic system faults, ensuring safety measures are operational.
- Execute monthly and yearly electrical maintenance tasks, repairing or replacing components as required.
- Foster a safe, clean, and organized work environment by applying 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Document current processes, equipment settings, and downtime codes accurately.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- At least 2 years of electrical maintenance experience.
- Proficient in reading voltage meters and blueprints.
- Willingness to work with 575 voltage systems.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
