Job Overview

This Senior Sales Manager role is part of our SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex. We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a growing team of Account Executives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Create and iterate on comp plans, team structure, and operating models
  • Directly assist in closing strategic and complex deals
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of total sales experience with 3+ years in technology sales team management
  • Comfortable leveraging data and confident with Salesforce CRM
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • A track record of cross-functional collaboration and leadership talent development

$145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
