Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced global advertising sales leader to join our team at PayPal. As VP, Ad Sales, Ads, you will be responsible for building and scaling an ad sales and account organization globally that meets our advertiser's marketing objectives and exceeds PayPal's revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the advertising industry, with a strong understanding of the complexities of global advertising sales. You will lead a high-performing team of sellers and account managers, developing and executing a revenue strategy that enables them to exceed global advertising revenue targets.

You will work closely with cross-functional leadership to align on sales structure, revenue targets, and KPIs. Your ability to navigate complex internal and external product roadmaps, influence resource allocation, and drive results through superior pipeline management will be critical to your success in this role.

In addition, you will have a deep understanding of the advertiser, agencies, and merchant branding and performance needs, as well as experience negotiating complex contracts and achieving favorable deal terms for the company. Your exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills, combined with your passion for winning, will enable you to convey the value of PayPal's solutions and vision to C-level executives effectively.
