Job Description
SA Technologies Inc. is a global leader in IT consulting, providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a driven and experienced sales director to lead our efforts in selling Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions to multinational corporations.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth for our GCC offerings. This role involves understanding the needs and challenges of multinational corporations seeking to establish or expand their GCC presence in India.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new clients for our GCC services.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals with global clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition for multinational corporations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage a high-performing team.

What You'll Get:
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
