About the Role:

As an Office Services Clerk at Novate Legal Search, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your primary duties will include scanning incoming documents, profiling documents into our document management system, and copying/printing documents for binders needed for trials/mediation. You will also provide phone coverage for receptionist breaks/lunch and maintain the office supplies for both general office supplies & kitchen supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting coffee & water setup for meetings & deposition held within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Scan incoming documents and profile them into our document management system
Copy/print documents for binders needed for trials/mediation
Provide phone coverage for receptionist breaks/lunch
Maintain office supplies for general office supplies & kitchen supplies
Conduct coffee & water setup for meetings & deposition held within the office

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Ability to clear paper jams and change out toners

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with an hour lunch
