We are in search of a dynamic and proactive sales expert with exceptional communication abilities, a robust work ethic, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to meet growth targets within the designated territory, leveraging existing marketing leads and prospect lists.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts while cultivating new partnerships by engaging with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update records in the company CRM, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented.
  • Collaborate with independent sales teams to focus on the Acute and Ambulatory Surgery Center market.
  • Work alongside distributor sales representatives to enhance sales growth.
  • Generate monthly sales reports that detail sales volume, potential sales, and strategies for client expansion.
  • Analyze competitor activities and products to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
  • Demonstrate expertise in closing complex sales, showcasing a thorough understanding of AliMed products, services, and their value propositions to align with customer needs.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, establish clear deadlines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in sales related to Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Contracting within the Acute Care market.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for identifying trends.
  • Expertise in strategic and product-based sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
  • Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry items exceeding 10 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly.
  • Willingness to travel as required for this position, estimated at 75%.
