Territory Sales Executive - Above Ground Shoring - Competitive Salary up to 135k/year
- Our client, a leader in the rental shoring industry with over 30 years of experience, is recognized as one of the premier equipment shoring providers across the Americas. They are focused on expanding their market presence in various key territories.
- We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Executive to enhance their team. This role will concentrate on the rental and sales of above-ground shoring solutions to specialized companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and rent/sell above-ground shoring solutions to firms specializing in shoring within designated territories.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Track and assess performance metrics to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Promote and enhance value-added services, including advanced modeling solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the rental/sales of above-ground shoring products.
- Proven track record of significantly increasing sales within a territory over multiple years.
- Candidate must reside within the specified territories.
- Experience in selling safety equipment and solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Compensation Package:
- Attractive base salary ranging from 80k to 135k/year, complemented by a highly rewarding commission structure.
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with matching contributions, and an additional retirement plan upon reaching certain income thresholds, along with a Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, and mobile phone.
