Position Overview: The Territory Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our exceptional products throughout the designated territory. This position requires building and maintaining robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers while implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts, including bars, restaurants, and retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular visits to ensure optimal product placement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with promotional activities, including merchandising and display execution.

Territory Oversight: Manage sales efforts within the territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximizing opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and market trends to inform business development strategies.

Promotional Initiatives: Work alongside the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns for assigned accounts.

Provide training and support to partners on product knowledge and brand standards.

Coordinate events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and encourage consumer engagement.

Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
  • A strong passion for craft beer and the brewing industry is essential.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
