Territory Sales Representative

About the Role:
Cabinetworks Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the greater San Diego territory. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales and capturing market share within a designated territory by building and leveraging business relationships with store personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to drive sales and market share growth
- Train and support store personnel on KraftMaid and Schuler brand and program offerings
- Analyze sales metrics to develop and execute plans to drive increased sales
- Proactively address product, warranty, and service issues and communicate resolution with all parties involved
- Provide regular budget and business plan updates for the designated territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Kitchen and bath industry experience
- Large Home Center sales experience
- Basic knowledge of 20/20 or CAD
