Role Overview:

The Product Manager – Sales Enablement will oversee the comprehensive product lifecycle of our new AI-powered sales enablement solution. This position demands a forward-thinking leader with extensive knowledge of sales and marketing dynamics, exceptional strategic insight, and a solid history in product management. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive the product's vision and guarantee its successful launch and market acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and convey the product vision and strategy for Revmo AI's sales enablement solution, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching objectives.
  • Guide the product lifecycle from inception to launch, encompassing market analysis, competitive assessment, product definition, roadmap development, and execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and prioritize product requirements, ensuring the creation of features that align with customer expectations and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to produce comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts concentrate on delivering impactful features and enhancements.
  • Supervise the creation and implementation of AI-driven functionalities that automate lead campaigns, lead management, and workflow integration for Revmo AI agents.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to formulate go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement resources.
  • Track product performance and user feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Revmo AI's sales enablement solution stays competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in sales enablement, marketing automation, or related SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within the sales and marketing technology sector.
  • Strong grasp of sales processes, lead generation, lead management, and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, especially in automating marketing and sales workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
