Key Responsibilities:
  • As a proactive Staffing Sales Specialist, you will engage with potential clients to enhance company revenue through strategic customer acquisition.
  • Your role within our new field sales division will allow you to utilize your expertise in managing territories, conducting daily prospecting, and demonstrating products to small business owners that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in staffing sales.
  • A strong track record of sales achievements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
  • Independent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Bay Area or Los Angeles.
