Job Description

Position: Sales Executive - Healthcare Solutions

Remote/Hybrid

The Sales Executive for the Southwest Region is tasked with identifying, cultivating, and overseeing sales opportunities within Physical Therapy facilities in their designated area. This role carries a sales quota and is pivotal in generating annual revenue across Raintree's diverse product offerings, which include but are not limited to EMR/EHR/PM Software, SaaS solutions, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and third-party partner products. The focus is on acquiring new clients for software and RCM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a sales territory to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives while collaborating with team members.
  • Generate new business through the sale of products and services to mid-sized and large Physical Therapy practices.
  • Utilize direct methods such as calls and in-person meetings, as well as indirect methods like networking, to identify potential clients.
  • Continuously build a pipeline by identifying and qualifying new prospects.
  • Engage promptly and effectively with leads generated through marketing initiatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of prospects through the sales process using the CRM system.
  • Proactively manage current business and future pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement to successful closure.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Implement business and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and sustain key account plans that identify value delivery opportunities, including strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and projected sales.
  • Effectively communicate and promote the organization’s vision and solutions to differentiate its offerings to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding industry trends and competitive products to leverage during the sales process.
  • Demonstrate products and services effectively.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to Sales Management.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum of five years of proven success in sales, particularly in SaaS within regulated industries such as Healthcare IT, FinTech, or InsureTech.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM systems, or related Systems of Record is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare IT sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in general computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and phone communication skills.
  • Strong written communication abilities, capable of drafting routine correspondence.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations in various units of measure.
