Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant for Automotive Solutions will:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing CARFAX Advantage clients, including independent and franchise auto dealerships.
  • Conduct visits to automobile dealerships to educate them on leveraging CARFAX products, such as CARFAX Car Listings and CARFAX for Life, to enhance their inventory visibility and build buyer confidence.
  • Drive sales of vehicle history products by meeting and surpassing monthly activity and sales targets.
  • Manage a designated sales territory, diligently tracking and logging activities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain consistent monthly sales performance and activity levels.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within media, advertising, or technology sectors; experience in the automotive field is advantageous.
  • A competitive and enthusiastic demeanor, with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • A solid understanding of CARFAX products and a consultative sales methodology.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in technology, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones; familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, as travel is an essential aspect of this role.
