Role Overview:

The Product Manager – Sales Enablement will oversee the comprehensive product lifecycle of our new AI-powered sales enablement offering. This position calls for a forward-thinking leader with a robust grasp of sales and marketing dynamics, outstanding strategic acumen, and a solid history in product management. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to shape the product's vision and guarantee its successful rollout and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and disseminate the product vision and strategy for Revmo AI's sales enablement solution, ensuring alignment with the broader company objectives.
  • Guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, encompassing market analysis, competitive research, product definition, roadmap development, and execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and prioritize product requirements, ensuring the creation of features that align with customer expectations and market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to produce comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Oversee the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are concentrated on delivering impactful features and enhancements.
  • Supervise the creation and deployment of AI-driven functionalities that automate lead campaigns, lead management, and workflow integration for Revmo AI agents.
  • Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to formulate go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales support materials.
  • Track product performance and user feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the competitiveness and innovation of Revmo AI's sales enablement solution.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in sales enablement, marketing automation, or related SaaS products.
  • A proven history of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within the sales and marketing technology sector.
  • A strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation, lead management, and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, especially in automating marketing and sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
