The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying advanced capabilities powered by Generative AI.
  • Creating internal frameworks to enable seamless integration of Generative AI with existing enterprise systems.
  • Working closely with engineers and scientists to shape strategic initiatives and project roadmaps.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and experimenting with innovative concepts.
  • Leading system architecture discussions, implementing best practices, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participating in research initiatives and contributing to scholarly publications.

Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a preference for those who have contributed to open-source projects.
  • Experience in system design and architecture.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks, including but not limited to Langchain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
  • A genuine passion for innovative technologies and a desire to be part of a dynamic Research & Development team.
