Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactive Engagement:
    • Design and execute targeted strategies to enhance tool usage and feature adoption.
    • Facilitate training sessions and develop comprehensive support systems for effective utilization of GenAI tools.
  2. Community Engagement:
    • Establish and nurture a vibrant community around GenAI tools through strategic marketing and feedback mechanisms.
    • Create advocacy initiatives and identify key user groups to promote tool adoption.
  3. Research & Development / Incubation:
    • Assist in the incubation of innovative ideas and prototypes utilizing GenAI tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools are adaptable and comprehensive.
    • Lead business analysis sessions, workshops, and hackathons to address significant business challenges.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze usage metrics to assess the impact of tools and refine strategies accordingly.
    • Report on key performance indicators, including tool utilization rates and user satisfaction.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate closely with senior management and departmental champions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Build partnerships with key business units and external stakeholders to support GenAI enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in organizational change management or technology enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in business contexts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in technology research and development or innovation incubation.
  • Understanding of enterprise applications and their implementation in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of AI & ML and their business applications.
