Lead Electrical Systems Engineer

Overview:
Contribute to the design of secure technologies that empower the United States, NATO, and allied nations to protect sensitive data in high-risk environments.

Participate in the innovation, development, and engineering of advanced communication, computing, and networking solutions that comply with stringent security protocols, including emanations (TEMPEST) and vulnerabilities associated with IP-based communications.

As an integral member of our team, you will engage in component-level engineering of both analog and digital systems, with a focus on EMI/RFI design.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Component-level engineering of analog and digital systems with a focus on EMI/RFI design.

2. Proficient understanding of filter circuit engineering.

3. Utilize ORCAD PCB design software or equivalent tools.

4. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, TEMPEST specialists, and other disciplines during the integration of prototypes or manufactured units.

5. Assume the role of Project Lead, overseeing schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.

6. Review all necessary schematics and drawings to support TEMPEST product engineering.

7. Work alongside Manufacturing Engineering to address production challenges related to TEMPEST testing.

8. Assess operational systems and recommend enhancements for optimal performance.

9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned, with occasional travel as required.

Education and Experience:
Possess a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from an accredited institution with 10+ years of relevant experience; or 15 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A current Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one is mandatory.
