Job Overview
We are seeking skilled professionals to provide expertise in Systems Engineering. Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate user requirements, operational concepts, and overarching system architectures to formulate system requirements specifications.
2. Lead the analysis of system requirements and spearhead design and development initiatives. Assist users in articulating requirements, recommend alternative strategies, and conduct feasibility assessments.
3. Offer technical guidance for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
4. Integrate new plans, designs, and systems into existing operations while producing technical documentation.
5. Develop comprehensive system architecture and design documentation.
6. Facilitate system development and implementation planning through the preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and testing plans.
7. Engage with government representatives regarding technical considerations in Systems Engineering and related challenges.
8. Ensure the technical integrity of all work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering domain.
9. Maintain communication with program personnel, government officials, and senior management.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Five (5) years of Systems Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Certifications:
- IAT Level Compliant Certification is required.
- Position necessitates an active Security Clearance with the appropriate Polygraph.
