Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is essential.
  • Expertise in mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience in project management and construction oversight.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in technical writing and the use of design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and guide project teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and ethical conduct.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
Preferred
  • LEED certification is a plus.
