Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to contribute to the development and management of enterprise IT systems, focusing on requirement formulation and providing technical guidance in design and technology.

Position Summary

We are looking for individuals with expertise in engineering, intelligence, and mission management to support critical Government initiatives. This role is essential in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of significant missions both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures to create detailed system requirements specifications.
  • Lead design and development efforts while ensuring alignment with system requirements.
  • Assist users in defining their needs, recommend alternative solutions, and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Provide technical leadership in integrating requirements, design, and technology.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into existing operations.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture and design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through the preparation of engineering management plans and integration/test plans.
  • Engage with Government representatives regarding technical considerations and resolve associated issues.
  • Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of deliverables within the Systems Engineering domain.
  • Communicate effectively with program personnel, government stakeholders, and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in managing enterprise IT systems and projects.
  • Experience in performing integration operations and maintenance across multiple system domains with varying security classifications and diverse user bases.
  • Security + CE Certification is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may substitute for a degree.
  • A total of fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity is required, with at least one (1) year of experience in the Federal Government.

This position requires an active Security Clearance with an appropriate Polygraph.
