Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Electrical Engineer with a robust background in the design of Electrical Power Systems, particularly within the Military, Marine, and Power Distribution sectors.

Work Environment:
This role will require full-time on-site presence, with limited remote work options available for the initial three months.

Eligibility Requirements:
In accordance with US Government regulations and client requirements, candidates must demonstrate proof of US Citizenship. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional engineering setting.

Key Competencies:
Applicants should possess a proven track record of transforming conceptual designs into fully realized systems. Experience with motion control systems and/or low voltage power systems is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.

Project Management Skills:
Candidates must exhibit the ability to take ownership of assigned projects, with familiarity in tracking deliverables, developing timelines, and managing budgets.

Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of Simulink is required, or a strong willingness to learn. Experience with electronic systems and instrumentation is advantageous. Additionally, experience in Power Distribution systems within cleared spaces or marine environments will be considered a bonus. Candidates should also have experience collaborating with external vendors, including specification development, progress management, and deliverable reviews (both hardware and documentation).

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
