Job Title: Business Development Representative

Garibaldi Glass Industries Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Conduct client visits to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Assist clients in setting specification requirements and executing sales targets
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Proven record of overachieving sales quotas
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

This position works primarily remotely with occasional time spent in an office environment. Travel may fluctuate throughout the year, with most travel within North America and/or local.

Compensation:

Ranges depending on experience. This role will take part in the commission plan and a comprehensive benefits plan.
