Garibaldi Glass Industries Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans
- Conduct client visits to identify opportunities and close deals
- Assist clients in setting specification requirements and executing sales targets
- Post-secondary education
- 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience
- Proven record of overachieving sales quotas
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position works primarily remotely with occasional time spent in an office environment. Travel may fluctuate throughout the year, with most travel within North America and/or local.
Compensation:Ranges depending on experience. This role will take part in the commission plan and a comprehensive benefits plan.
