IoT Account Executive Job Description

Teal Communications, Inc. is a leading IoT networking company based in Seattle, Washington, seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Build deep, consultative technical relationships with customers to articulate the Teal value proposition and drive revenue growth.
  • Network and prospect to identify potential customers, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Prepare and maintain sales forecasts and pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop individual skill sets and expand product knowledge to become a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Participate in weekly team enablement and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated hunter with a minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in high-tech sales.
  • Technologically proficient in IoT-related industries, including infrastructure, cloud, modules, platforms, eSIM, and the Internet of Things.
  • Experience in solution selling, business development, and sales relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a solid business acumen and strong executive presence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple work efforts simultaneously.
