Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Overnight Hotel Front Desk Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, room assignments, and guest communication.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and bell services, to resolve guest issues and ensure seamless service.
  • Process guest check-ins, verify reservations, and handle payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel software systems and technology.
