Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front Desk staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the building's front desk. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee and schedule all Front Desk staff for the building
- Maintain schedules and timesheets for payroll purposes
- Keep track of activity logs and incident reports for the Manager's review
- Work closely with the Front Desk Coordinator and assist with filling shifts as needed
- Provide training for new hires assigned to the property
- Forward vacation and day off requests to the Front Desk Coordinator for approval
- Assist in investigations and reviews of unusual incidents
- Help the Property Manager with special requests and administrative tasks
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Monitor the Emergency Response System
- Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and control access to the building
- Maintain daily logs, records, and forms
- Resolve and follow up on all complaints and issues
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Two to three years of business experience preferred
- Command of information system hardware and software preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Multiple language fluency desirable
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to navigate the property quickly and easily
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to respond to emergencies and callouts in a timely manner
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages
- Reach with hands and arms
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.
