Position Summary

We currently have an opening for an HR Operations Specialist at our corporate office. This role serves as the primary resource for team members, offering support in advocacy, problem resolution, and transaction processing related to compensation, health benefits, and other employee programs. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their careers within a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the bi-weekly payroll processing using Paycom.
  • Collaborating with the benefits team and assisting team members directly.
  • Facilitating annual performance reviews and salary adjustments while engaging in compensation initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate reconciliations for payroll and benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance and controls for the 401k plan.
  • Reconciling and processing HR-related invoices, primarily for benefits.
  • Assisting in the management of Paycom (HRIS system) and contributing to analytics projects beyond payroll.
  • Guiding team members in utilizing Paycom effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Familiarity with Paycom Payroll Processing is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of operating a personal computer.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines.
