Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to HR leadership, including managing departmental schedules and meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders to create and implement impactful company-wide communications, ensuring all HR content is current on the intranet.
  • Aid in talent acquisition efforts by supporting Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR leadership with onboarding processes, new hire orientation, and maintaining HRIS data accuracy.
  • Generate regular reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies aimed at continuous process enhancement and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency across HR functions.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach in the design and execution of HR processes, programs, and systems.
  • Assist the HR team in budget management, procurement activities, organizing meetings and events, and preparing presentations.
  • Manage HR files and records with a high level of organization.
  • Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, with a preference for HR-related experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong business insight and a proven ability to swiftly grasp and navigate the business landscape, including strategy and personnel initiatives.
