The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the HR Director and a team of four, contributing to various HR functions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Operations Specialist will oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically ADP WorkforceNow. Responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of employee benefits
  • Administration and tracking of special leave requests
  • Processing of employment status changes
  • Management of education and training reimbursements
  • Acting as the primary contact for employment verifications and external security checks
  • Supporting compliance initiatives alongside the HR Director

ADP SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
Within ADP, the HR Operations Specialist will:

  • Develop Benefits and Performance Compensation Dashboards
  • Establish Performance Goals for annual evaluations
  • Manage the Learning Management System, including corporate training assignments
  • Create surveys and communications through the Voice of the Employee module
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry and auditing

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow, particularly in Benefits and Performance Dashboards
  • Understanding of US labor regulations, including ACA, FMLA, ADA, and USERRA
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with international labor laws in regions such as Germany, Colombia, and Bahrain
  • Knowledge of Expatriate and TESA employee arrangements
  • Experience with CostPoint software
  • Membership in SHRM or a local SHRM chapter

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This position requires working in an office setting, primarily at a desk using a computer.
  • The work environment is comfortable, allowing for flexibility in sitting, standing, or walking.
