Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support a range of HR functions including benefits, compensation, policy development, and training initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and recruitment processes.
- Assist in the formulation and maintenance of company policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage administrative inquiries with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Facilitate benefits administration, including open enrollment and onboarding of new hires.
- Enhance and streamline the onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure adherence to mandatory training requirements.
- Support the internship program and engage with summer interns.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by the HR Manager.
- Oversee office operations, including call handling, mail distribution, procurement of office supplies, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare payment summary forms and professionally manage visitor inquiries.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
- Assist with IT setup for new employees.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Solid understanding of human resource principles and practices.
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is required.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
