Client Relations Manager

Keadjian Associates, a prominent strategic communications and management consulting firm, is on the lookout for a full-time, seasoned client relations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in corporate communications. Prior experience in a public relations agency, public affairs agency, or management consulting firm is essential. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional writing skills with a proven track record in crafting press releases, talking points, fact sheets, and more.

Our team operates from our headquarters, with the flexibility to work primarily from home, depending on business and client needs. We convene in-person twice a month to collaborate with our teams. Should business needs arise, we anticipate meeting weekly for team building, training, mentoring, and more. Occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings or events, as well as for team-building and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, client-ready messaging and materials (e.g., talking points, press releases, fact sheets, website content, etc.)
  • Revise materials to enhance language and tone; ensure messaging aligns with the client's brand voice and engages target audiences
  • Collaborate with the in-house graphic design team to brainstorm visual enhancements for materials
  • Oversee project management of key deliverables
  • Facilitate client calls and team coordination meetings
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions to ensure seamless program planning and execution

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or management consulting
  • Experience in a corporate communications role or at a public relations agency, public affairs agency, or management consulting firm is required
  • Outstanding writing and editing capabilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times
  • Meticulous attention to detail (i.e., accuracy of data, grammar, spelling, consistency of messaging, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions with minimal supervision
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation: In addition to industry-leading benefits, including year-end profit sharing and a performance bonus program for eligible employees, the annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. Starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including years of experience, type of relevant experience, education, and more.

Additional Benefits: Keadjian Associates offers a discretionary bonus program for eligible employees, with bonuses awarded based on performance and contributions at the Company's discretion. Additionally, the Company provides a 401(k) Program that contributes a percentage of the employee's annual total compensation to their plan when eligible. Keadjian Associates also offers group health, dental, and vision insurance coverage for eligible employees, covering 100% of the premiums for the medical benefit plans offered.
