Client Relations Coordinator

Work Arrangement:
This role operates on a hybrid model, combining remote work with office presence. Ideal candidates should reside within a reasonable distance of our California PulsePoint locations.

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing product line performance.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborates with proposal teams on RFP submissions to brokers and groups, while managing updates across various systems for proposal and sales activities.

Partners with Sales Account Executives and Account Management teams to sell, service, and retain brokers and clients.

Assists in crafting and oversees the execution of policies and procedures.

Analyzes and suggests improvements in processes that impact the sales support team.

Conducts audits of inquiries and calls to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Facilitates training and communication regarding procedural updates for sales assistants and representatives.

Completes projects as assigned by sales leadership.


Provides direct support to Sales Managers in designated regions for new business acquisition, including activities such as open enrollment meetings and administrative support tasks.


Manages sales system and reporting functions (e.g., Sales) to include reporting assistance, data validation, issue resolution, updates, enhancements, and procedure maintenance.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Abilities, and Experiences

Prior experience in the health insurance or healthcare sector is highly desirable.


For individuals working in-person or remotely in the specified locations, the salary range for this position is $25.27/hr. to $41.34/hr.
