Overview


The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for enhancing existing partnerships and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders through effective management of a designated portfolio of client accounts.

This position plays a crucial role in achieving significant business objectives such as revenue enhancement, client loyalty, satisfaction, and reinforcing GGB's value proposition to clients and prospects, while also meeting operational and margin goals.

How You'll Make an Impact

The primary responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager include:
  • Supporting the strategic objectives of Branch Managers and the client service team.
  • Driving revenue growth by advising clients on additional insurance options or necessary limit adjustments based on their specific risk profiles.
  • Delivering outstanding client service in alignment with GGB's operational standards.
  • Consistently achieving operational efficiency and performance benchmarks.
  • Successfully managing and profitably growing a designated group of client accounts.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients through exceptional ongoing support.
  • Seeking referrals from the existing client base to identify new business opportunities.
  • Securing current business while actively promoting additional services and coverage options.
About You

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or claims management –OR– High School diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of necessary licensing as mandated.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adeptness in utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly Property & Casualty.
  • Solid financial understanding.
  • Ability to cultivate collaborative and meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating or leading group discussions with clients.
  • Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with analyzing data to inform decision-making.
  • Self-directed work style.
