Key Responsibilities:

Investment Operations:

  • Assist in overseeing client portfolios, crafting trade proposals, and ensuring the precise and prompt execution of investment transactions.
  • Maintain organized and current client documentation, including account records and transaction histories.
  • Collaborate closely with various financial advisors on tasks such as preparing relevant reports and documentation for client meetings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on account statuses, and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Listen attentively to client needs, offering assistance and support to guarantee a positive client experience.

Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, working with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Address administrative and operational challenges to maintain seamless client interactions.

Operational Support:

  • Process account-related documentation, including preparation and follow-up tasks.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of client accounts and records, assisting with money movement, transfers, and informational updates.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to enhance operational processes and improve efficiency.

Client Communications:

  • Prepare and distribute regular communications to clients, including performance reports, market updates, and other pertinent information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in investment operations and/or client service within the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Additional Information:
  • Only U.S. Citizens can be considered for this position.
  • This is a non-supervisory role.
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an unlimited time off policy at management's discretion.
Compensation:
  • Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
