As a Client Investment Operations Specialist at Thomas Doll, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient operational workflows and providing exceptional service to our clientele. This diverse position integrates administrative support with client engagement, significantly contributing to the effectiveness of our wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Investment Operations:
- Assist in overseeing client portfolios, crafting trade proposals, and ensuring the precise and prompt execution of investment transactions.
- Maintain organized and current client documentation, including account records and transaction histories.
- Collaborate closely with various financial advisors on tasks such as preparing relevant reports and documentation for client meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on account statuses, and nurturing strong relationships.
- Listen attentively to client needs, offering assistance and support to guarantee a positive client experience.
Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, working with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Address administrative and operational challenges to maintain seamless client interactions.
Operational Support:
- Process account-related documentation, including preparation and follow-up tasks.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of client accounts and records, assisting with money movement, transfers, and informational updates.
- Collaborate with the investment team to enhance operational processes and improve efficiency.
Client Communications:
- Prepare and distribute regular communications to clients, including performance reports, market updates, and other pertinent information.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in investment operations and/or client service within the financial services sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Only U.S. Citizens can be considered for this position.
- This is a non-supervisory role.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an unlimited time off policy at management's discretion.
- Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
