Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a meticulous, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Success Manager with a proven history of effectively managing SaaS client accounts.

Role Responsibilities
As the primary liaison for our expanding portfolio of Optery for Business clients, you will engage with a diverse range of organizations, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large publicly traded corporations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and data security needs.
  • Conducting regular account evaluations to gauge customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of data security solutions.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Developing strategic account plans to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Delivering engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Optery's products and services to effectively communicate their value.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends in data security and related technologies.
  • Documenting processes and procedures for internal reference.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving customer issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Representing Optery at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A successful track record in customer success or account management roles, particularly in SaaS.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or data privacy sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members.
  • A solid technical background in data security and privacy tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Location
This is a remote position, but candidates must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours.
