Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Audience Solutions is tasked with leading the audience platform for a major client, leveraging audience data and overseeing technology platforms to enhance marketing strategies. This proactive and detail-oriented leader will manage processes related to audience strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with client goals. The role is pivotal in collaborating across agency divisions and optimizing both existing and new audience data streams to enhance audience platforms.

This individual will also closely collaborate with the data and platform solutions team, a specialized group within the agency that serves as experts in digital data and advertising technology. This collaboration will extend to the media team and internal units responsible for DSP/Programmatic Strategy, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Dynamic Creative Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee audience design and activation processes.
  • Develop audience-driven media strategies, insights, and experiences in conjunction with internal teams.
  • Utilize audience data to influence campaign strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Direct data science initiatives and strategies for a cohesive audience approach and execution.
  • Lead audience deployment processes and workflows in partnership with channel partners and internal marketing, analytics, and media planning teams.
  • Facilitate the construction of audiences, data sharing with partners, and delivery of audience-based performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with media, strategy, and investment teams to position the audience platform as a vital tool for informed planning.
  • Serve as an internal resource to showcase agency expertise in audience strategies and data science practices.
  • Assist in or manage the creation of audience team deliverables (timelines, points of view, requests for proposals, presentations, etc.).
  • Stay informed about current media trends, privacy regulations, and the Adtech/Martech landscape.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and storytelling capabilities to foster alignment and drive action.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, ad operations, or analytics is preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with a quick learning ability and a desire to contribute.
  • Experience leading data science initiatives and utilizing audience data for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with accounting and mathematical principles; statistical analysis experience is advantageous.
