Position Summary:
The Vice President of Audience Solutions is tasked with spearheading the audience platform for a major client, leveraging audience data and overseeing technology platforms to enhance marketing decisions. This proactive and detail-oriented leader will manage audience strategy processes and work alongside cross-functional teams to shape media strategies and fulfill client goals. This role is pivotal in collaborating across agency teams and optimizing both existing and new audience data streams to enhance audience platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee audience design and activation processes.
  • Develop audience-driven media strategies, insights, and experiences in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Utilize audience data to influence campaign strategies across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Direct data science workflows and strategies for a cohesive audience strategy and execution.
  • Lead audience deployments and workflows across channel partners and internal marketing, analytics, and media planning teams.
  • Facilitate the process of audience building, data sharing with partners, and delivering audience-based performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with media, strategy, and investment teams to position the audience platform as a vital tool for informed planning.
  • Serve as an internal resource to demonstrate agency expertise in audience strategies and data science methodologies.
  • Assist in the creation of audience team deliverables, including timelines, points of view, requests for proposals, and presentations.
  • Stay informed about current media trends, privacy regulations, and the Adtech/Martech landscape.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and storytelling capabilities to foster alignment and drive action.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or Data Science is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics is preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with a quick learning ability and a willingness to contribute.
  • Experience in leading data science initiatives and utilizing audience data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with accounting and mathematical principles; statistical analysis experience is advantageous.
