Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Audience Solutions is tasked with spearheading the audience platform for a significant client, utilizing audience data and overseeing technology platforms to enhance marketing decisions. This proactive and detail-oriented leader will manage audience strategy processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with client goals. The role is pivotal in maximizing existing audience data and integrating new data streams to enhance audience platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee audience design and activation across a diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Provide strategic and tactical audience insights to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop audience-driven media plans and experiences in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Leverage audience data to influence business and campaign strategies across client brands.
  • Direct data science workflows to ensure cohesive audience strategy and execution.
  • Manage audience deployment processes across channel partners and internal teams.
  • Facilitate audience building, data sharing with partners, and performance output delivery.
  • Collaborate with media, strategy, and investment teams to enhance data automation.
  • Serve as an internal resource to showcase agency expertise in audience strategies.
  • Support the creation of audience team deliverables, including timelines and presentations.
  • Stay informed on current media trends, privacy regulations, and the Adtech/Martech landscape.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and storytelling abilities to foster alignment and drive action.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in audience strategy, digital media, ad technology, or analytics.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Proven experience in leading data science initiatives and utilizing audience data for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles; statistical analysis experience is advantageous.
  • Previous agency leadership experience is highly desirable.
