Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Audience Solutions is responsible for spearheading the audience platform for a significant client, leveraging audience data and overseeing technology platforms to enhance marketing decisions. This proactive and detail-oriented leader will manage audience strategy processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with client goals. The role is pivotal in maximizing existing audience data and integrating new data streams to optimize audience platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and activation of audience strategies across multiple brands.
- Provide strategic and tactical audience insights to clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive audience-centric media plans and experiences in collaboration with internal teams.
- Utilize audience data to influence business and campaign strategies across a diverse client portfolio.
- Direct data science initiatives to ensure cohesive audience strategy and execution.
- Oversee audience deployment processes across channel partners and internal teams for effective activation.
- Manage the audience building process, ensuring data sharing with partners and delivering performance metrics.
- Collaborate with media, strategy, and investment teams to enhance data automation and utilize the audience platform for informed planning.
- Act as a resource to showcase agency expertise in audience strategies and data science methodologies.
- Support the development of audience team deliverables, including timelines, presentations, and proposals.
- Stay informed on current media trends, privacy regulations, and the Adtech/Martech landscape.
- Exhibit strong analytical and storytelling abilities to foster alignment and drive action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in audience strategy, digital media, ad technology, or analytics.
- Self-motivated individual with a quick learning ability and a desire to contribute.
- Proven experience in leading data science initiatives and utilizing audience data for strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting principles; statistical analysis experience is advantageous.
- Experience in agency leadership is highly preferred.
