Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Account Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of local clients and agencies, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local clients and agencies
    • Develop and present customized advertising proposals to support client goals and objectives
  • Account Management
    • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and strategic account planning
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Develop and present market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide tailored solutions and support

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • 2-5 years of sales experience in a related industry, preferably in advertising or media sales
  • Skills
    • Proven sales and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
