Main Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, generating sales leads, and making direct sales calls and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by following up with registered clients, conducting regular visits to their place of business, and ensuring client satisfaction and quality control.
- Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with field employees, and manage field employee issues in a proactive and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Regular and Predictable Attendance: Essential function of the job.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
