Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, generating sales leads, and making direct sales calls and presentations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by following up with registered clients, conducting regular visits to their place of business, and ensuring client satisfaction and quality control.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with field employees, and manage field employee issues in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance: Essential function of the job.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
