About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at ARxIUM INC. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative pharmacy automation solutions to new and existing customers within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve established business objectives and increase profitable revenues and technology sales goals.
  • Prospect for new business and deliver presentations, proposals, and finalize deals to secure new business and strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with Director, Client Solutions and internal subject matter experts to execute new business sales strategies, expansion and maintenance sales strategies, and propose company solutions to address customer-specific needs.
  • Deliver professional presentations to existing and new customers, including pharmacy and health system executives, managers, operations staff, individual pharmacy owners, and nursing home administrators.
  • Represent ARxIUM INC at trade shows and events.
  • Travel extensively within the selected geographic territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field.
  • Five (5+) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and understanding industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to negotiate effectively with current and prospective customers.
  • Strong customer service skills, working knowledge of strategic and consultative selling techniques, and ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with strong presentation skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience.
