Key Responsibilities:- Maintain precise records utilizing CRM software.
- Assist with project management and collaborate with the franchise owner to prepare and organize documentation for project records.
- Monitor and schedule project timelines effectively.
- Place and submit orders from suppliers as needed.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members.
- Handle incoming calls and walk-ins, ensuring accurate input and tracking of prospects and client information in our CRM.
- Inspect orders upon arrival for accuracy and damage, sign for deliveries, and provide assistance to the Project Manager and other team members.
- Order and prepare gifts for clients to enhance their experience.
- Support project teams with job cost accounting, reporting, billing, and adherence to best practice processes and compliance standards.
- Maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors, providing support during the onboarding process.
- Assist the general manager as required.
- Experience in construction or remodeling project coordination.
- Proficient in computer and smartphone applications.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly motivated and reliable.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Resourceful and open to learning new software.
- Able to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
