  • Place and submit orders from suppliers as needed.
  • Collaborate efficiently with team members.
  • Handle incoming calls and walk-ins, ensuring accurate input and tracking of prospects and client information in our CRM.
  • Inspect orders upon arrival for accuracy and damage, sign for deliveries, and provide assistance to the Project Manager and other team members.
  • Order and prepare gifts for clients to enhance their experience.
  • Support project teams with job cost accounting, reporting, billing, and adherence to best practice processes and compliance standards.
  • Maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors, providing support during the onboarding process.
  • Assist the general manager as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or remodeling project coordination.
  • Proficient in computer and smartphone applications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly motivated and reliable.
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and open to learning new software.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
